The Learning Cooperative (TLC)

Early Learners

The Early Learners classroom at TLC is a warm and engaging space designed for curious two- and three-year-olds to explore, grow, and thrive. Through fun, play-based activities, we support key developmental milestones, including communication, following simple instructions, identifying and sorting, and engaging in imaginative play. Our nurturing environment encourages interactions with books, songs, and games that promote language, social-emotional growth, and motor skills. With age-appropriate toys and materials, children build independence in self-help skills while learning to share, take turns, and express their emotions. In the Early Learners' classroom, every day is filled with discovery, creativity, and the joy of learning.

Leaping Learners

The Leaping Learners classroom at TLC is an exciting environment where three- and four-year-olds build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Through engaging activities, children expand their language skills by sharing stories, experiences, and new vocabulary while also learning to express their needs and emotions clearly. They participate in group activities, developing important social skills like cooperation, self-awareness, and self-regulation. Our play-based approach introduces early math, letter recognition, and problem-solving concepts in a meaningful way. In the Leaping Learners classroom, children grow, explore, and develop the skills they need for future learning success.

Bright Learners

The Bright Learners classroom at TLC is a dynamic and enriching space where children develop confidence in approaching new tasks and experiences. The engaging curriculum fosters early math skills, emergent literacy, and alphabet awareness while encouraging curiosity through questioning and exploration. Children expand their vocabulary, practice sequencing in storytelling, and learn to follow multi-step instructions. Through cooperative play and group activities, they build empathy, self-regulation, and the ability to express their needs appropriately. Each child is supported in growing at their own pace in a nurturing and stimulating environment to support their kindergarten readiness.
